about Memi

Hello! I'm Demetrius! I am the owner and Lead Designer for MeMi's Posh Events and Decor. All of my life, I have been a creator, a designer, an artist in the making. When I was growing up I always imagined that I would be  a psychologist, a lawyer or, hopefully you guessed it.....an ARTIST (this includes food and creation of food, as well)! Since, I chose to obtain my degree in Psychology, I figured it was about time for me to engage in my other lifelong passion, event design and planning.

I have over 10 years of experience planning all types of events, vacations, meetings, etc., but my passion is doing anything that takes a vision from paper to reality. It's the details that count! Being a wife and a mother to fraternal twin boys, I know how sometimes creating an event can be stressful, time consuming and outright expensive! Not to worry. At MeMi's Posh Events & Decor, our company's focus is to make sure that we provide quality experience, with personable and dependable service, along with cost conscious designs and planning.
